FUSION TRANSPORTS

Damage Center

Report a vehicle condition concern, preserve the evidence, and give every involved party a structured way to respond.

Fusion gathers and compares the independent pickup record, transport evidence, independent delivery record, statements, and supporting documents. We then issue an analysis of when the reported damage is first supported.

What this process does
  • Preserves original evidence and receipt time
  • Tracks missing documents by responsible party
  • Separates pickup and delivery condition records
  • Produces one reviewed package for both sides
It does not calculate damage value, repair cost, settlement, legal fault, or insurance coverage.

Preserve proof now

Proof of damage

Wide views, all four corners, close-ups with context, underbody/roof if safe, video walk-around, timestamps, messages, repair intake photos, and witness statements.

Proof damage was not present

Original pickup photos/video, the separate pickup manual BOL, electronic pickup inspection, clean close-ups of the same vehicle zone, and contemporaneous messages.

Proof of delivery condition

Original delivery photos/video before the vehicle moves or is washed, the separate delivery manual BOL, electronic delivery inspection, signature notes, location, and lighting/weather limits.

Keep originals. Do not crop, annotate, resave, or delete files. Do not begin non-emergency repairs until the evidence is preserved. If the vehicle may be unsafe, stop using it and contact emergency or qualified service help as appropriate.

Step 1 of 8 — Who is reporting

1. Who is reporting?

Select your actual role. Fusion uses this to request the right documents and verify portal access.

Your right to check carrier records

If you believe Fusion's response about carrier insurance information is not correct, you may independently search federal carrier records by USDOT or MC number. Use the official FMCSA Licensing & Insurance search (Motus) and SAFER Company Snapshot.

Important: public FMCSA filings may show liability filings but do not always display cargo insurance. Cargo information may need to be requested from the carrier or its insurer. Fusion's analysis does not decide insurance coverage.
