Fusion Transports was created from years of hands-on experience inside the vehicle-transportation industry. What began with a desire to improve the lives of carriers and customers has grown into a company focused on better operations, stronger partnerships, safer processes, and more qualified professionals.
The beginning
Before Fusion Transports
Before Fusion Transports existed, founders Marcus Duque and Fabio Pimentel were already working inside vehicle-transportation operations. Their experience gave them a close view of the daily challenges faced by drivers, owner-operators, dispatchers, customers, and businesses moving vehicles.
They worked with dispatching, carrier operations, pickups and deliveries, driver and customer communication, documentation, scheduling, and problem resolution. That direct work is part of more than seven years of hands-on industry experience behind the team today. They saw how better communication, organization, technology, and operational support could improve the experience for everyone involved.
They believed they could help carriers build stronger businesses while giving customers a more dependable transportation experience.

During the company's first three years, Fusion Transports supported approximately 25 owner-operators with a team of five dispatchers coordinating loads, schedules, communication, pickups, deliveries, and everyday transportation challenges.
This demanding stage became one of the most important parts of our development. We learned directly from drivers, customers, difficult routes, urgent situations, documentation problems, vehicle conditions, claims, and the realities of transportation operations.
