Working Hours

Fusion Transports Inc dispatch and accounting department works from:
Monday To Friday: 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM to 2:00PM
Sunday: Closed

Driver Requirements

All Drivers in order to start and keep working with us must have in his file updated pictures of:

  1. Job Application.
  2. Driver License.
  3. Last 3 Years Driver Record From your Driver License from  your State Motor Vehicle.
  4. Medical Card.
  5. Truck Insurance Card and Accord.
  6. Truck and Trailer Registration Not Expired.
  7. Truck and Trailer Plate Not Expired.
  8. Pictures of Your Trailer and Truck with VIN Number On it.
  9. Truck and Trailer Annual Vehicle Inspection, Report and Sticker.
  10. W-9 Form In your name and your SSN or W-9 Form in your company name with company EIN.
  11. ELD Compliant.
  12. Keep your dispatch invoices paid on or before the due date (every Wednesday).


For All Drivers that are Agregated. You Must:

  1. Cargo Insurance Must be paid maximun in the last day of the month. If on the 1st of the month we do not have the insurance, we will not be able to load your truck and your app will be suspended. There is a $30 activation fee in case we need to activate your TMS (software that you use to load and take pictures of the cars).
  2. ELD Compliant. All Agregates must use ELD from "ETM E-Log".
    1. Equipment Price $180
    2. Activation Fee $20
    3. Service Price Montly: $23.43 with Taxes. If activated in the last 10 days of the month Service for this month will be $16.05 with Taxes.

  2. Remember, Pictures are for your protection, take as much as you fell safe, make sure you always register at least the pictures that the app requires for you plus Keys and Title if any is available.
